To open "Aux Racines", a first-of-its-kind therapeutic centre for those suffering from burnout, we need your help.
Our intention is to take care of people who are living through this pain and provide support for their family.
We also want to gain a deeper understanding so that we, as a society, may take control of it.

Une Maison Ressource-A dedicated place where we welcome those who suffer from burnout and exhaustion. A centre that will help them return to their core, heal and rebuild their lives. And to also be a place of support for their families and loved ones as they all move through the storm.
A multidisciplinary team-Our diverse team of specialists work together to offer social assistance and consultations with psychiatrists, doctors, psychologists, psychomotor therapists, physiotherapists, nutritionists and more - in an environment where Mother Nature also plays her part.
Encounters-We will organize workshops and support groups to facilitate conversation and learning, for patients AND for their families. The centre will also host activities for the general public to raise awareness and understanding to not just remove the stigma, but also aid in prevention.
